Welcome to Richard Bobholz’s blog. The content of the blog will revolve around networking advice, legal analyses, and Richard’s political stances.
Note. Although Richard is an attorney, nothing in this blog is meant to be legal advice, rather any legal opinions given are for educational or entertainment purposes only and should not be applied to any person’s specific set of facts. Furthermore, nothing in this blog is meant to create an attorney-client relationship (even responses to comments). If you need legal help, you should contact an attorney. If you’re in the Raleigh-Durham area, feel free to reach out to our law firm by going to www.lawplusplus.com.
Richard has posted many of his political views on here, which are neither Democrat nor Republican. These are the views of Richard Bobholz and will adapt and change over time. Feel free to leave comments, but leave any attacks off of this site. This is not a space for bullying, personal attacks, trolling, spam, or harmful/hateful speech.
Richard welcomes debate on here, but some rules should be followed to make the debate beneficial:
- Use facts and logical analysis. Whenever possible, make a citation to your source. This makes your argument much more powerful.
- Debate facts, analysis, and arguments, but do not debate the poster’s character or personality.
- If you cannot argue a fact, analysis, or argument, do not continue to argue. Learn from it, redefine your position, and find areas you can debate. Do not argue for argument’s sake.
- Use as proper of grammar, spelling, and punctuation as possible, but do not attack someone else’s grammatical errors. Their argument already looks worse for the errors; don’t bring yourself down with them.

HB2 - A Short Sighted Failure by Richard - 05-05-2016

HB2 - Fear & Misogyny by Richard - 05-05-2016
This HB2 debate is also a feminism debate. I'm sure the arguments have been made the other way, but all I'm hearing is "If a 'man' uses the restroom with my daughter..." as though little girls are inherently more at risk than little boys, or that tra...
